Perfect getaway. The resort had all the amenities needed. Loved the zen garden in the morning. Live breakfast counter was chef Riya was excellent.

Wonderful hotel clean and family friendly.!we stayed here in June and we’re happy with the food and service. Especially thanks to Kavita and Sashikant for a clean room and prompt attention to any room service requests we had. The food at the restaurant was wonderful and the Staff at Citrine went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.

I stayed from 31st June to 2nd June. The Heritage look and feel of the property was very nice and soothing but the food taste and spread were ok compared to other five stars. The bowls at the breakfast counter were old and stained, when I asked one of the service guys he said we had called from caterers for some event, A place like TAJ calling for caterers' melamine bowls??? The shower in the room was old and not serviced. There was high tea for all guests in the garden, I am lactose intolerant so I asked if I could have lemon tea, the staff said straight on my face we have only limited things for high tea, they just had to get me lemon which they dint show any interest in, there was live bhel counter so i promptly said the chef will have lemon he said i don't have it too, he was making bhel without lemon, u can imagine the taste? Overall i will give 3 stars

Dheeraj Yayati and chef Gaurav, have been amazing at their service, there was an incident that the fruits were stale or may be I didn't understand the taste but it was changed immediately, this can only happen in Taj, hats off to the hospitality ....I love Taj....

Stay as usual in awesome is Taj. The ambience is serene and calm. The Zen garden is small but aptly maintained. Staff is courteous and would specially like to mention Harshal from the restaurant. They were very patient with all our requests (We were travelling with our 8yo and 4 mo!! kids). All aspects of the hotel is welcoming. Do visit it once. Use Neo Card for discounts.

So we travelled all the way from Mumbai, to get a break from the everyday hectic schedule, and I believe choosing The Gateway Hotel, Ambad, Nashik for our stay was the perfect choice !! Courteous Staff, amazing Hospitality, clean Rooms, good food won our hearts !! The zen garden too was an amazing experience, helping us getting the freshest of starts to our day !! The dining Staff members like Harshal and Aditya were always there to ensure that we don't have any troubles with our dining experiences !! Chef Riya made some amazing omlettes for breakfast helping us energize ourself for the remaining day ahead of us !! Overall, it really was amazing experience staying here at The Gateway Hotel, Ambad, Nashik and we just can't wait to get back here for yet another staycation !! ☺️

We went to gateway hotel in first week of June. The staff here is very cooperative especially Ms. Dipali , Mr. Harshul, Mr. Swarup. We booked for all three meals but being pure vegetarians, we at times felt options not as per our choice. The team took extra efforts and introduced us to chef Jhadav. Mr. Jadhav noted our likings and ensured buffet spread as per our choice. And not only this our son ordered a lot of items outside the buffet menu and chef Jadhav and his team ensured he got without telling us that the items are out of buffet list. This gesture was very touching and we also extended our stay by one day due to this. Overall it was very good experience. There is no need to mention about the property elegance. The greenery surrounding is a treat to eyes especially to us from Mumbai

Had a great experience…went with two toddlers ..highly recommended…staff is supernice..well managed by harshal.place is super spacious which was very helpful when you have kids. If you are looking for a stay in nashik of high quality ..highly recommended

The location was excellent staff service and food was amazing swimming pool and playing area specially the zen garden is so relaxing the reception team Sachin, Meghna at citrine Ashpak ,Harshal was great host on the Brekfast time vashnavi and Dhiraj doing there best for guest
